We are currently hiring QC Manager for one of the biggest Financial Technology company from China with details below.

Position : QC Manager
Placemenet : BSD, Tangerang
Salary : IDR 15,000,000 Gross
Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, manage, and monitor the QC team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure product quality at every stage of production or service delivery.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day QC operations, including testing, inspection, and monitoring activities.
Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, industry-specific standards).
Develop and maintain testing protocols, inspection checklists, and relevant quality documentation.
Analyze quality data, identify trends and prepare reports for senior mNgement.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures. Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to implement corrective actions and continous improvements.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departements to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the operational processes. Investigate and resolve quality issues, including managing product recalls or customer complaints as necessary.
Manage inventory of quality control supllies and equipment, ensuring timely calibration and maintenance.
Lead the development and delivery of training programs for employees on quality control process and procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials meet quality standars.
Maintain accurate records of QC activities, including inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a reletes field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Preferable from fintech industry
Have experiance in managing team
Willing to work in BSD area
